Comparison of Two Forest Certification Systems & Oregon Legal Requirements

The purpose of the project is to document, compare and summarize the various standards and requirements of Oregon forest landowners under applicable state and federal laws, with two major, voluntary forest certification systems. It is not a assessment of implementation, but instead a policy analysis.
